Hello and welcome to Pamela’s blog,
Pamela is a single mother of 2 children Donovan Jessie and Jessica Jessie Fordham (married). She also has a beautiful grand-daughter named Samaiya. Samaiya is the apple of her eye! Family is very important to Pamela and she will do anything for them. Keeping her family in mind is her “WHY”…her reason to stay focused and work hard as to leave a legacy for her childrens, children. Pamela is single, sassy and a self employed business women who can definitely hold her own.
Pamela has also owned and operated a print shop on the Northside of Jacksonville FL named Vivid Graphics, for 9 of years….after several years of struggling to juggle the print shop and taking care of her daughter who’s health was increasingly becoming more challenging being in and out of the hospital and several surgeries she made the decision to close the storefront but continued to support her customers with graphic design and consulting.
Pamela has been in the telecom industry for over 20+ years beginning as a customer service rep at AT&T shortly after high school. Industry specifics range from call center for cellphone and wireless services, call center for long distance, call center for business to business telecom services. Over a span of several years she has been a successful customer service rep,call center supervisor, call center manager, district manager and finally owner and operator of her own National Solutions Provider company.

With a very complicated medical history of her daughter and herself Pamela easily realized it was easier to be self employed than deal with the insensitivity of corporate america. As CEO of J3 Solutions Group LLc and Director of Communications at J3 Communications Group she has developed relationships and has partnered with over 60+ carriers as to provide her business customer with a wide range of providers.
Pamela is also very passionate about the network marketing industry. Why? Network Marketing is the ONLY way to earn a large sum of money in a short period of time. It’s also the best way to help a large amount people reach their financial goals! If you love helping & mentoring others this is the industry for you! With over 13+ years in the industry she has encountered great success and many failures but she has learned valuable lessons from all of her experiences making her more and more of a leader in the industry! She is down to earth an a phenomenal leader to work with! She has built small teams from 300+ and large teams to over 10,000+ and she operates with the highest level of integrity.
